I always wanted to upload this shot, but I always forgot. I like the idea of Edward standing on a field like this, watching some horses and being just thoughtful. Peacefully and also like always a little melancholic. Yeah, sweet home Risembool...

I think it'll all down in the colours. In the movie the two worlds had distinctive colour filters to them. The 'real' world had far more gritty colours, using greys muddy creams and heavy browns, while the alchemist world was much more pastel with lighter blues, summer greens, and nice vibrant yellows/reds. Here there seems to be an ever so slight tinkering of the colour balance, just giving it the feel of a faded photograph. (subtly done by the way, looks very professional and adds a good level of nostalgic emotion). Thus making it feel similar to the colour levels of the movie.

I was thinking the colors were part of the reason, but I wasn't sure since I haven't seen the movie in a few years since my copy doesn't play any longer -_-
